The official State of Hawaii's motto is translated as, "the life of the land is perpetuated in righteousness." Vidaña Construction is a conscientious company that tries to live by these words. Besides our mainstream construction activities we offer ourselves as a resource for environmental-friendly building, owner/builder consultation and vocational training for the construction industry. Recently a group associated with the University of Hawaii School of Architecture and the State Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism; Energy Division selected Tony Vidaña, the owner of Vidaña Construction, to become a county representative for Hawaii Advanced Building Technologies (HABiT). Vidaña Construction also believes in making positive changes in our community utilizing the skills that we have been provided with. We believe in Habitat for Humanity's motto that affordable shelter is a matter of consciousness and decency. Tony Vidaña is now a member The Habitat for Humanity Green Team Trainers, one of 28 trainers in the country to help educate Habitat affiliates to build homes more sustainably.
